      2 zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch slices
      2 tomatoes, sliced
      1 onion, thinly sliced
      4 teaspoons margarine, melted
      4 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
      1/4 teaspoon thyme
      1/4 teaspoon rosemary
      1/4 teaspoon pepper
      1/8 teaspoon oregano
      bread crumbs


    Tear off four large squares of double thick foil and place 1/4 of vegetables in middle  of each. Melt margarine, add cheese and seasonings. Pour 1/4 of mixture over vegetables in  each package. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and seal foil edges tightly. Grill over medium  hot coals about 15 minutes. Turn over and cook 20 minutes more or until soft.
