4 green onions, cut into 3 pieces 1 zucchini, cut into 3 X 1/4 inch strips 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
Directions:
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Add oil. Place over medium- high heat until hot. Add garlic. Stir fry 1 minute Add reserved vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes. Add basil.
Cover and reduce heat. Cook 2 minutes more. Serve immediately.
