    Ingredients:

      1 envelope dry onion soup mix
      2 pounds potatoes, chunked
      1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
       

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 450F. In a large plastic bag or large bowl, add all ingredients. Close  bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated. Place in shallow baking  or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and  golden brown.
