Ingredients
2 pounds Potatoes, peeled & cubed 2 Tomatoes, cubed 1 Onion, chopped 1 Polsky Ogorky Pickle (Large), chopped 1/4 cup White Vinegar 1/4 cup Pickle Juice 2 teaspoons Coarse Salt
2 teaspoons Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Directions Boil potatoes. While potatoes are boiling, combine all ingredients except mayonnaise, in small bowl and season to taste. Drain potatoes well, and while hot, pour bowl of combined
ingredients over potatoes. Allow to cool. (Do NOT put mayonnaise on the hot potatoes) Add mayonnaise and stir well. Chill prior to serving.
Note: For best results - the combined ingredients (except
mayonnaise) should stand in refrigerator to marinate for 7 days before making the potato salad.
