1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (10 oz.) can minced clams -- drained but keep juice
1/4 cup white wine
Dash of pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped parsley
8 ounce pkg. cooked linguini noodles drained
Sauté onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add drained clams.
Cook for about 3 minutes. Stir in clam juice )which has been mixed with 2 tablespoons cornstarch), parsley, wine and
pepper. Heat through and toss with noodles. Serves 2.
