      1 Turkey Breast, deboned.

      Cilantro Marinade:

        2 tbsp. soy sauce
        3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar (or white vinegar)
        2 tbsp. lime (or lemon) juice
        1 tbsp. lime (or lemon) zest
        1 tbsp. sesame oil
        3 tbsp. peanut oil
        1 tbsp. brown sugar
        1/2 tsp. cilantro
        1/2 cup coriander leaves




    Marinate the turkey breast for at least 1 hour. Drain and roll up into a bundle using  butcher's twine to keep it together.
    Grill over medium to high heat, turning often, for about 8 - 10 minutes per side. Check  for doneness on the second turn. The timing will depend on how tightly you tied the breast  together.
