Ingredients:
1 bottle Thai peanut sauce 30 8 to 10 inch bamboo skewers, soaked in water for at least one hour 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
Directions: Slice chicken into long thin strips, about 6 strips per breast half. In refrigerator, marinate chicken in 3/4 of the Peanut Sauce for at least one hour. Set aside remaining Peanut
Sauce. Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill or broil skewered chicken about five inches from heat for 8 minutes on each side. Serve with remaining Peanut Sauce (hot or cold).
