Ingredients:
Red Wine Marinade 1 Piece London Broil Or Top-Round -- about 2 lbs. 1 Pound Fresh Mushrooms Oil -- For Brushing
Directions: Marinate the meat for about 3 - 5 hours. Bring to room temperature before cooking. Skewer the mushrooms whole, you can use a variety of different types if you like. Place the beef on
the grill and cook, turning once and brushing with the marinade for about 15 minutes for medium-rare. Remove from the grill when done to your liking and let sit for 5 - 10 minutes. Slice thinly on the
diagonal. About 5 minutes after putting the beef on the grill, put the mushroom skewers on the grill and brush with marinade. Cook until browned and tender about 10 minutes.
