Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients. If your mixture feels too wet, add more breadcrumbs, too dry, add more ketchup.
Form into a loaf shape, place on a lightly greased
baking sheet (with a rim to catch the drippings) and bake for 30 - 45 minutes depending on how long and skinny, or short and fat you formed your loaf.
For Burgers
- Prepare the same way but form into patties. BBQ, broil, pan fry or bake!
