You can call this a hot burger with flavor. Want a hotter burger? Use green curry in place of the Panang curry but be careful!!
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef 1 medium onion, minced 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons Panang curry 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Directions: Combine ground beef, onion, salt, Panang curry Base and basil. Mix together well. Shape into four patties. Grill for 15-20 minutes, depending on preference, turning once during cooking.
Serve on a bun or a roll.
