1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup peanut sauce
1/4 cup garlic chili pepper sauce
3 pounds pork back ribs, cut into 3 or 4 rib pieces
1 orange, sliced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine peanut sauce, garlic chili pepper sauce and orange juice.
Place rib pieces in bowl and coat completely with juice mixture.
Arrange ribs in a shallow baking dish. Arrange sliced oranges over ribs. Place cover or aluminum foil over baking dish and bake for one hour. Uncover dish and bake until juice in dish reduces enough
for sauce to stick to ribs.
Remove from oven and immediately brown on charcoal grill.
Note: An equal amount of country style ribs may be used and will serve 4 people.
