1 pound raw shrimp 10 ounces beer 1 onion 8 black peppercorns 4 whole cloves 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Rinse shrimp in cold water. Pour beer into large stewing pot. Bring beer to a boil. Add everything except shrimp. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add shrimp, turning heat to
medium. Boil shrimp for 8 minutes. Peel shrimp and serve with favorite sauce.
