Hanks' Ornery Chili

    Ingredients:

      1 lb. hamburger 1
      1 vidalia onion
      2 T olive oil
      2 cloves garlic
      1 habanero pepper
4 cans of kidney beans, assorted colors (light red, dark red, and white)
      1 can tomato paste
      1 can cheap beer

    Directions:

Fry hamburger, chopped onion and chopped garlic in oil. After a few
minutes, add chopped habanero. When beef is cooked and onions are
translucent, add beans with their liquid, tomato paste, and beer. Simmer from 30 minutes to 2 hours, the longer the better. Best served with corn bread and beer for family and friends.
