Ingredients:

2 lbs. 80% ground beef
2 large tomatoes
32 oz can tomato sauce
1 "Walla Walla™" sweet onion chopped
2 tsp cumin
garlic powder - lots...more the better lightly salted
4 tsp chile powder (the best you can find)
32 oz can red kidney beans
1/4 cup olive oil
 

Directions:

Brown meat; place all other ingredients in large pot, add meat before it reaches boiling; simmer for 2 hours - add small amounts of water to keep it from cooking away. Top with grated sharp cheddar cheese

THE MORE PEOPLE YOU ARE PLANNING ON, THE HOTTER YOU CAN MAKE IT TO MAKE IT SPREAD FARTHER
