    Ingredients:

3 Egg Yolks - Extra Large
      1 Egg - Extra Large
      3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Flat Dark German Beer
      1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
      1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

    Directions:

Whisk all ingredients together in the top of a double boiler, set over gently simmering  water. Then beat with a portable electric mixer at low speed until the mixture starts to  thicken. Increase speed to moderate and beat until frothy and almost thick enough to form  a ribbon when the beaters are withdrawn.
