1 of your favorite Chocolate Cake Recipes or (gasp!) a cakemix-- baked in individual ramekins or muffin tins
1 package Frozen Raspberries -- Thawed
Fresh Raspberries -- For garnish
Fresh Mint Leaves -- For garnish
1 pint Whipping Cream - whipped.
Heat thawed raspberries in small saucepan over low heat until they become "mushy".
Optional- Strain to remove seeds
Pour some of the sauce onto a plate in a circle.
Place cake in centre of sauce.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream,
Garnish as desired with fresh berries and/or mint leaves.
