Ingredients
8 ounces Semisweet Chocolate 4 tablespoons light Corn Syrup 4 tablespoons Water 1 stick unsalted Butter
Directions Chop the chocolate coarsely. Bring the rest of the ingredients to a boil in a heavy saucepan. - Remove from heat immediately, and add the chopped chocolate.
Mix well, cover and let cool for 5 minutes. Place the saucepan in a bowl of ice water and whisk the mixture until it is the consistency of heavy cream. Make sure that you do not get ANY water into the
chocolate mixture or else it will separate!
