1 Package Frozen Spinach
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Package Vegetable soup mix (dry)
1/2 Cup Sour cream
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
Place spinach and garlic into food processor and process until shredded and combined.
Add soup mix, sour cream and mayo and process until mixed.
The dip can be beautifully presented in a
large hollowed out round pumpernickel bread. The bread pieces that you have left over from "hollowing out" can be used to dip.
