4 Eggs 1/2 cup Water Or Seltzer 6 tablespoons Oil Salt And Pepper 1 cup Matzo Meal
Directions:
Beat the eggs lightly. Stir in the water (or seltzer), oil, salt and pepper. Gradually add the matzo meal, stirring until it is well combined.
Cover, and refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour. Bring a stockpot full of water to a boil (Alternately you can boil them directly in your chicken soup) Form your mixture into little balls and
drop into the boiling liquid. Cover the pot and boil for 1/2 hour.
