      8 ounces Cream Cheese
      2 ounces Smoked Salmon
      Drop Lemon Juice
      3 tablespoons Whipping Cream
      Pepper to taste



    Combine all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and blend until mixture  is smooth.
    Chill for at least 30 minutes
