Marinated Chicken Wings


      24 Chicken Wings
      1/4 cup Olive Oil
      2 Lemons, juiced
      3 cloves Garlic, minced
      1 tablespoon Oregano
      1 teaspoon Hot Paprika
      1 teaspoon Sumac
      Black Pepper, to taste


    Mix together all the ingredients except the wings.
    Wash and clean wings and separate into 3 pieces. (Keep the wingtips for stock)
    Place the rest of the wings into a shallow glass bowl and pour the marinade over them.
    Marinate for at least 3 hours.
    Heat oven to 375o.
    Bake wings on a baking sheet for 20 - 30 minutes, basting occasionally with some reserved  marinade.
