      2 tablespoons minced pimientos
      2 large celery stalks
1 garlic clove, chopped or crushed
      1/4 cup Italian salad dressing

Bring water to boil; add cut squid and simmer until it turns opaque (about 2 minutes).  Drain into colander, rinse with cold water.
