Spanokopita (Spinach Pie) Dolmadakia (Stuffed Vine Leaves)* Stuffed Boneless Leg of Lamb Loukoumathes (Honey Balls)   Because of the fast before Easter, all the traditional meat and cheese dishes come out for the Easter meal, as they are greatly missed! Lamb is the center attraction, with all of the side dishes done in the traditional fashion. *The dolmadakia can be anything stuffed... peppers, zucchini, eggplant etc.
